Campus Master Planning:

It is critical to demonstrate that your Master Plan fully supports your institutional strategic planning goals. We can lead you through a planning process that assures success by allowing you to demonstrate how your Master Plan supports institutional goals and objectives. We have experience in creating detailed Statements of Program Requirements, scoping deferred maintenance projects, and creating realistic budgets that won't force you to later compromise program integrity in the design and construction phases of your projects. We also perform conceptual design, inventory and analysis, space planning, feasibility studies and existing condition documentation.

Our group of architects and planners has the insight and experience to synthesize data from a variety of sources and distill a framework in which facilities can organize the programming and maintenance priorities for their facility - ultimately creating a grounded, logical and executable Master Plan.
The Building Cycle:
Campus Master Planning
Capital Project Planning
Project Management
Facility Management

Successful master planning requires the ability to lead complex teams of people of varied interests and experience into consensus. TRUDEAU/architects has worked successfully in this capacity with campus staff representing administration, physical facilities, end-users, security and the various regulatory bodies that govern the construction and development of campus facilities.

The College at Brockport engaged our firm to plan a new residential community that better responds to student needs today. The completed plan led to the construction of a new townhome community which opened in Fall 2007. TRUDEAU/architects is now planning phase II of the project.

We can help you define constraints, reveal opportunities and lay the ground work for capital investment.
